Capacity Procurement Manager

Raleigh, NC: Full-time, Base Salary + Bonus Potential

We are looking for a Capacity Procurement Manager to oversee the daily operations and development of our partner carrier base. An ideal candidate for this role is an excellent communicator and problem-solver with leadership experience in the logistics industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with Account Managers to understand and oversee the day-to-day operations and service for our clients

  • Goals of the role consist primarily of strategically sourcing capacity, developing routing guides to meet client and carrier needs, and monitoring core carrier KPIs

  • Applying market knowledge and rate trends to conduct RFPs and bids to secure competitive rates and capacity for new and existing business

  • Protect company culture – accountability, proactive problem-solving, team collaboration so we deliver the best customer service in the industry

  • Take responsibility and ownership of decisions and actions. Be an example to others so that they also take ownership

  • Be at work before your team and after they leave every day. This is not a 9 to 5 position

Accounts Receivable & Claims Specialist
Raleigh, NC: Full-time, Hourly Pay

We are looking for an AR & Claims Specialist to assist managing accounts receivables, collections, and claims. An ideal candidate for this role has excellent organization and communication skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Accounts Receivable

    • Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable

    • Communicates with customers (via telephone and email) about past due accounts

    • Identify reasons customers are chronically slow payers

    • Researches invoice and payment discrepancies and works with Operations team to resolve past due invoices

    • Copies, files, and retrieves materials for accounts receivable as needed

  • Compliance/Claims

    • Process claims from filing to resolution efficiently, accurately, and within time standards

    • Research and evaluate evidence to help make informed decisions around a claim and respond accordingly

    • Communicate and build strong relationships with carriers, insurance companies and customers providing claims status updates, requesting additional information and resolving concerns

    • Coach operations team on how to manage a potential claims situation

    • Support compliance team as needed
